The building features a striking full-height curved glazed façade, offering panoramic views of the River Tyne. As part of the comprehensive refurbishment, we were commissioned to design and install a high-performance air conditioning and HVAC system, ensuring efficient climate control for the modern workspace.
Scope of Work
This large-scale commercial project required:
